This limited production Garnacha red wine vinegar is unbelievable. Made from organically grown Garnacha grapes in Catalunya, this vinegar "agridulce" is a perfect complement to kale salads and is amazing drizzled over roasted veggies.

Preparing simple food with bold flavors requires perfect raw ingredients. An award winning, "best extra virgin olive in Spain" from La Boella is this kind of ingredient. Poured at the tables of Barcelona Wine Bars in the US, their oil is the most magical accompaniment to hot, crusty bread.

Owned by the Sumarroca family in Catalunya, Spain, La Boella is a 12th century estate rooted in the cultivation of vines and olive trees. Three types of olives are grown on the estate, Arbequina, Arbosana and Koroneiki. The family has been recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture for their groundbreaking farming techniques, used to avoid needing any chemical or pesticide in their farm. Not only is this better for the environment and our health, it also preserves the most delicate aromas of the olives often lost due to more conventional farming. In other words, their oils and vinegars are just so damn good.
