The prominent flavor comes from the Mi Lan Xiang (Honey Orchid), a dancong tea, which is cultivated in the Phoenix Mountain of Guangdong Province. Its flavor is a combination of lychee brightness, delicate florality, complimented by the biscuity Kokoa Kamili cacao from Tanzania. It’s the bar I want to give to my mom and can’t bring myself to part from.
All the way from Singapore, Fossa’s two-ingredient dark chocolate bars showcase incredible talent, but their daring inclusion line is arguably the highlight of their labors.
