Fly by Jing’s Chili crisp is an expanded version of cult classic Lao Gan Ma, which translates to Old Godmother, is a brand of chili sauces made in China. Lao Gan Ma was launched in 1977, and is the elder to the new generation of chili crisp sauces. Lao Gan Ma’s chili crisp is funky, tingly, and crunchy.

Erjingtiao chiles — Fragrant, flavorful, and a staple in Sichuan cuisine. The best Erjingtiao chiles are grown in Guizhou, and we’d never settle for anything less.
