When we first opened this Kosho we found ourselves eating it with a spoon straight from the jar. Kosho is a Japanese condiment made from fresh chilies, then fermented with salt, zest, and in this case the zest and juice of yuzu. Use this kosho on your favorite tinned can, sashimi, or something fatty like short ribs for a bright punch on any dish.
